Michal Rovner, born in Israel in 1957, is celebrated for her innovative work in video, sculpture, drawing, and installation, exploring themes of identity and the human condition. Her career includes a mid-career retrospective at the Whitney Museum of American Art, representing Israel at the Venice Biennale, and exhibitions at the Louvre and Yad Vashem.
